1. Payment: T/T and L/C at sight. All bank charges outside China are for the buyer.
2. Delivery time: Normally 30 days to 3 months after confirmed by us.
3. Guarantee: One year for the machine/equipment/instrument. The spare parts (except quick-wear parts) are freely provided within the first year, while the delivery charge is on the buyer.
4. Claims and returns: Claims should be filed within 20 days after arrived in destination supported by an inspection support. If it's not the responsibility of insurance company, shipping company, other transportation organization, Post office, or force majeure, we will liable for guilty claims. Returns and or/deduction from next Invoices could be effected by us.
5. Samples: If you have express account number (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc) and the samples' value under USD20, you can get the samples free and only pay the express charge at destination. If not, please pay USD50 for express charge and samples charge. As a courtesy, your express charge and samples charge can be refunded from your 1st order.
