Application: Feature:
1.The machine is controlled by HMI (touch screen) + PLC (programmable controller) + servo motors and frequency converters to realize logical action and precision feed control. 2.When processing the spherical workpiece of radius R, the operator can directly input the relevant data of the workpiece and the grinding wheel on the touch screen, the machine will automatically adjust the grinding wheel deflection angle and automatically adjust the X-axis radius position according to the size of the workpiece. 3.After the first trial processing of the machine, the deviation between the measured R and the standard R Size, corrects the machine angle and radius values to finally reach the required R size. 4.The set parameters can be saved and can be called directly in the next use.
