Application: For multi-blades or single-blade precision cutting glass prism,optical glass, ceramic, crystal and other brittle materials. Feature: 1.The machine adopts high-speed rotating diamond blade, using two servo motors to make vertical feed (Z-axis) and longitudinal feed (X-axis). The process is automatic controlled by numerical control system. 2. The cutting position (Z axis/X axis) of the blade on the workpiece can be set by turning the electronic hand wheel. 3.Y-axis with grating digital display. 4.Except the loading/unloading glass blank and cross traverse feed (Y-axis) are manual operation, the longitudinal feed (X-axis) and diamond blade lifting (Z-axis) are all automatic operation. 5.Use magnetic worktable and easy to load/unload workpiece. 6.
