Application: For high speed lapping and polishing small/middle diameter single sphere lens (convex/concave sphere surface). Especially suitable for processing convex surface. Features: 1.Accuracy of sphere center principle (The height of accuracy spherical center is 100mm). The swing frame center coincides with tool‘s curvature radius center.The pressure directing tool‘s curvature radius center all the time. 2.Processing method: single lens. 3.Each spindle and swing frame are infinitely variable. 4.Pressure head Pressure head movement mode: Moving up/ down in a straight line. 5.Timer controls the working time.It realizes automatic production. 6.Coolant or polishing slurry circulates to feed in two tank. 7.PLC and touch screen integrated machine control. 8.High productivity lapping & polishing machine.
