Application:
For high speed lapping and polishing small diameter sphere lenses (convex/concave) as single or multiple blocks.
Especially suitable for processing concave surfaces.

Features:
1.Accuracy of spherical center principle. (The height of accuracy spherical center is 70mm).
The swing frame center coincides with tool ‘s curvature radius center.The pressure directing tool ‘s curvature radius center all the time. 
2.Pressure is produced by spring or pneumatic.Easy to load or unload pressure on the lens fixture.
3.Timer controls the working time.It realizes automatic production.
6.Coolant or polishing slurry circulates to feed in two tank.
7.High productivity lapping & polishing machine.
